Boys Aged 8-12 years

Our Boys’ Club is designed as a supportive space for boys aged 8-12 years to explore social skills, emotional regulation, and teamwork through fun, active games and structured conversations. Whether it’s learning to handle frustration during a game or practicing kind words with a friend, each session helps boys grow in confidence and social understanding.

Girls Aged 8-12 years

Is your daughter shy, anxious, or finding it hard to make or keep friends? Girls’ Club offers a warm and supportive space where girls can learn social and emotional skills through art, role-playing, storytelling, and group conversations. The group focuses on building self-esteem, practicing communication, and learning how to handle conflicts in positive ways. With guidance and encouragement, girls begin to create meaningful friendships and feel more confident in social situations.

Ages 2-6 years

Is your child delayed in their play, social, or communication skills? If so, the myOT! Therapy Services Play, Learn & Grow Group could be just what your child needs! This group is designed to help both you and your child develop the essential skills for playing and interacting with others. Through a mix of group and individual play activities, you’ll learn how to engage your child in play, support them as they interact with other children, and communicate more effectively with them. This group is all about creating a playful, stress-free space where children can develop and expand their early play and social skills. It’s a great opportunity for children to learn how to share, take turns, and communicate with peers, while also helping parents understand how to best support their child's social growth.

Ages 8-12 years

Our Secret Agent Society group is a structured, evidence-based social skills program for primary school–aged children designed to support children who experience challenges with social interaction, emotional regulation, and peer relationships. Using a fun “secret agent” theme, children learn practical skills such as recognising emotions in themselves and others, managing strong feelings, coping with stress, and solving social problems in everyday situations. Sessions are highly engaging and skills-based, using games, role play, visuals, and real-life practice activities to help children generalise their learning into home, school, and community settings, while building confidence, friendships, and independence.

Ages 4-8 years

The group utilises the Award-Winning program “We Thinkers”, a therapeutic approach developed in the USA to assist your child to develop age-appropriate social thinking concepts in a social context. The group uses play as the core mode of intervention with the children who are encouraged to interact with the tools and group peers in active and fun ways. Children are not forced to engage with any activity they are not comfortable with but are encouraged to push their boundaries and tolerance levels in a fun and social way. The benefit of a group environment for this type of intervention is significant, with children often observed to try new social skills and explore their environment in a different way than they normally would and/or by imitating the way their peers engage with each other and their therapist.

Ages 5-8 years

Does your child avoid writing or get easily frustrated with homework? Handwriting challenges can affect academic performance and self-esteem. Whether it’s messy spacing, poor letter formation, or slow writing speed, our team evaluates fine motor control, pencil grasp, and visual-motor integration. We provide targeted exercises and fun writing tools to make writing more engaging and manageable. With the right support, your child can write with confidence and pride

School Holiday Groups

Ages 5+ years

This program is designed to give children practical tools they can use every day—at school, at home, and in the community. Through fun, small-group activities, children will: Practice calming strategies for when they feel worried or overwhelmed, learn relaxation techniques to support smoother routines and transitions, and strengthen focus and attention by engaging with sensory-based mindfulness activities. The program will be facilitated by a certified yoga instructor/occupational therapist, ensuring activities are both safe and developmentally appropriate. It is suitable for children who can follow simple group instructions and participate in light physical activity.

Ages 8+ years

The Out and About Excursions are dedicated to enhancing sensory and vestibular input, gross motor development, upper limb and core strengthening, balance and coordination and an opportunity to engage in social play with peers (social skills development). These sessions will be led by an experienced OT and dedicated OTA’s, this program offers a unique opportunity for children to develop and refine their strength, gross motor, and coordination abilities in a supportive and inclusive environment.

Anyone entering Kindergarten

This program uses a holistic therapeutic approach to help children develop age-appropriate gross and fine motor skills within a social setting, supporting their transition to school. Through play-based activities, children are encouraged to engage in school-related experiences alongside their peers in a fun and supportive environment. Children are never pressured to participate in activities they are uncomfortable with, but are gently encouraged to build confidence and expand their comfort zones. This approach can support children to try new activities, engage more confidently with their environment, and develop positive self-esteem through shared peer experiences.

Ages 8+ years

Culinary Adventures - Cooking Program is specifically designed to support children in developing key social skills, while having fun and engaging with their peers! This program targets children who may benefit from extra support in areas such as social communication, friendships, and language. In a fun and interactive setting, your child will learn to improve their social skills, fine motor abilities, and self-care skills—all while cooking simple, delicious recipes that they will get to enjoy with the group.

Ages 6mth-5years & 6-10 years

Does your child avoid certain textures or gag easily with new foods? Picky eating can be a sensory-based challenge. Our Munch & Crunch feeding groups are designed to make trying new foods a positive and pressure-free experience. By using playful exploration, structured routines, and peer modeling, children gradually expand their food choices and develop a healthier relationship with eating. This results in mealtimes that are less stressful and more nutritious.

Term & Holiday Groups

Ages 5+ years

Is your child finding it hard to socially interact and work with peers or follow group instructions? Brick-by-Brick is a structured, programmed group where LEGO is used to develop children's social skills in teamwork, communication, turn taking, problem-solving and much more. Children use a play and team-based approach to develop these skills through rotating roles of the builder, supplier, engineer and helper. This emphasises a ‘can do’ approach and creates a common purpose and shared goal. As sessions progress, the children learn how to describe and express their needs, listen and engage with others, and negotiate roles all while having fun building LEGO.

Ages 3-8 years

Moove & Groove is an evidence-based program that utilises rhythm and movement activities and games specifically designed to practice self-regulation and build the brain connections that will help with these skills. It combines music, rhythm and movement to help with executive function skills such as helping the brain become more organised, build attention, working memory, shifting and impulse control. It can also work on coordination and develop beat and rhythm.

Parent Workshops

Is your child still struggling with toilet training beyond the expected age? You're not alone, and there is help. Many children experience challenges with toilet routines due to sensory sensitivities, anxiety, or developmental delays. For example, a child who hides to poop or holds it in may suffer from constipation or frequent accidents. Occupational therapy can help by creating personalised toilet training plans using visual supports, consistent routines, and reinforcement strategies. This empowers your child to understand and respond to their body's cues, building confidence and reducing stress around toileting.
